Palace is an early flowering upright series. Compact plant habit. Great for pots, baskets and borders. 12cm
Annual varieties:
Sow January onwards on compost surface, takes 10-14 days at 21°C. Unless sown direct into final sales container (at around 10 seeds per station), prick out tufts of seedlings after 5-6 weeks into 6 or 12-pack trays. Seed can also be broadcast over cell trays. Sowing to flowering around 16 weeks. 25,000 seeds per gram.
Please note white lobelia varieties contain a small proportion of blue flowers.
It is necessary to observe the most scrupulous glasshouse hygiene especially in propagation areas. It is also important to be ever vigilant for any sign of disease at all stages of propagation, especially with earlier sowings where susceptibility to disease seems more prevalent, and to take prompt remedial action at the first sign of infection.
Sell in: 9-packs and baskets.
End Use: Borders and containers.
