Moles Seeds offers a range of seed products ideally suited to sprouting seed production, for stir-fries, sandwich fillings etc. They can be produced in a wide-necked jar or custom propagator. Sprouts will be ready in as little as 4-7 days depending on the variety. Seeds are not chemically-treated, and certain varieties are available also as organically-produced seeds. However high standards of hygiene are critical when producing these sprouts, and responsibility for the quality of the end result lies with the producer.
