Due to an unusually high volume of orders, coupled with a significant number of staff isolating and the need for social distancing in our warehouse we have temprarily suspended ordering via our website. We hope to re-open the website very soon.
We are still trying to complete existing orders and are currently fulfilling orders within 14-21 working days of receipt (subject to stock availability). If you have a particularly urgent requirement please contact us by telephone so we can prioritise your order for you.
You can still register and save baskets for later submission during this time; please see below for guidance on how to do this.
Saving your order:
You can save a basket for later submission by firstly logging into your account (please register if you have not already done so) then add the required items to your basket. When you close your browser session the basket will automatically be saved. Please see below on how to review or submit a basket at a later date.
Submitting your order:
Once the website is open to accepting orders you can submit your saved basket by firstly logging in to your account, then go to 'My Baskets'. From the list of saved baskets on the 'My Baskets' page please select your preferred basket and restore it to the main active basket. Once this is done you can check out in the normal way.
