We are currently fulfilling orders within 3-4 weeks of receipt (subject to stock availability) due to an unusually high volume of orders, coupled with a significant number of staff either recovering from or isolating because of COVID-19, and the need for social distancing in our warehouse. In order to try and clear the backlog we may temporarily suspend ordering via our website, telephones, e-mail, etc.. We are aiming to keep the suspension periods to a minimum but please minimise messages and calls chasing orders or asking when the website will be open because this is adding to the workload and reducing the volume of orders we can ship. Forward orders that were pre-booked in 2020 will be the priority orders for fulfilment.
To minimise the risks to our customers and employees our trade counter is closed for ad hoc orders but we are still offering a 'click and collect' service. If you select the ‘Collect at Trade Counter’ option during the checkout process then we will advise you when the seed is available for collection. Please note that requesting a collection order will not necessarily fast track your order. We would kindly ask that all customers do not enter our premises unless strictly necessary but if you do need to then a face mask nmust be worn. Thank you.
